How to Start Using the RENPHO Body Tape Measure?

Step 1. Install the Battery: a. Insert a coin into the battery cover slot. For the version with screws, use a screwdriver (not included) to loosen the screws, then remove the cover. b. Rotate the battery cover clockwise from Close to Open and remove it. c. Insert the battery and ensure the positive pole is facing up. Place the battery cover over the opening, and rotate counterclockwise to lock it.

Step 2. Download the App: Search for the "RENPHO Health" app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3. Turn on Bluetooth and Open the RENPHO Health App: a. Turn on Bluetooth and open the "RENPHO Health" app. b. Turn on the tape using the power button and tap "Pair" on the app to connect the tape with the app. c. The Bluetooth icon will be solid once the connection is successful.

Step 4. Measure & Sync with the RENPHO Health App: Measure and save your body measurements on the app.
